If you’re like most ADHDers, you don’t just need a strategy—you need time to practice it, tweak it, and get help when it doesn’t quite work. That’s why this isn’t a rigid step-by-step course. It’s a supportive, responsive coaching space where we:

What We’ll Cover
Over the 16 weeks, we’ll explore tools and topics like:

- Emotional regulation & rejection sensitivity

- Building routines that work with your energy & brain
- Self-advocacy, communication, and boundaries
- …and anything else that comes up for the group
This is a flexible curriculum designed to meet you where you are.

How It Works
- Weekly live coaching calls (60–90 min)
- Private WhatsApp group for support, sharing wins & accountability
- A mix of learning, action, and real-time troubleshooting
- Tools and Resources including Your own ADHD Life Manual built and refined along the way

This is a 4-month coaching experience, with two payment options:
- 5,000 KSH per month
- Or 20,000 KSH if paid in full upfront
You’ll get weekly live coaching, tools, and real support—for less than half the cost of 1:1 coaching. If you’ve been waiting for a more affordable way to get ADHD support, this is it.

This is a 16-week coaching cycle—long enough for change to stick, short enough to feel doable. You’ll have the space to implement, repeat, and revise strategies in real life—not just in theory.
You can continue with additional support afterward, but this 4-month container gives you everything you need to make real, sustainable progress.
